What we use

Signing in with ChatGPT gives Listing studio by MetaGrid a site-specific account identifier and your email address. We use these to identify your account and connect it to your subscription.

Your product details

When you generate a listing, your product name and details are sent to OpenAI to produce the draft. We do not save the draft or product details in our database. Avoid including sensitive personal information in your product descriptions. OpenAI’s own data handling policies apply to API processing.

Payments and usage

Stripe handles payment information and subscription management. Listing Studio stores your account identifier, Stripe customer identifier, and generation timestamps and counts so we can enforce your allowance. Card details are not stored by Listing studio by MetaGrid. We retain account and usage records while needed to provide the service and resolve billing issues.

Cookies and hosting

The sign-in service uses cookies to keep you signed in. Listing studio by MetaGrid does not add advertising trackers. Hosting providers may process technical request information to operate and secure the website.
